この1週間でしょうか。。
皆さんの体調不良が増えすぎて。。
何が起こっているんだろうか？と
考えるほどです。
実は私もちょっとだけ潰れていました。
喉が腫れて熱が。。
２日で喉は戻りましたが
体調回復には１週間はかかりました。
でやっと！！と思っていたら
姉が脳梗塞で入院。
８８歳の母もなんかおかしい
なんなんだ、なんなんだ。。
お客様も似たような症状でいらっしゃいます。
防げるとしたら
食事や睡眠、メンタルケア（ストレス緩和）
やっぱり日々の過ごし方なんですよね。
最近は施術時にアロマはラベンダーを使います。
今のストレス緩和にちょうどいいみたいです。
なんかおかしい。。と感じたら
早めにケアにいらしてくださいね。
とにかく
少しでも良くなるように工夫しながら
施術行っております。
それでも
