＊吐き気、嘔吐
＊視力や視野の異常
＊光過敏（まぶしさを感じる）
だいたい５０～６０代に多く
女性は２倍多い。
くも膜下出血のほとんどが
脳動脈瘤の破裂で血圧の乱高下には
要注意。
喫煙者は２倍～３倍リスクが高くなる。
とにかく強い頭痛がでたら
一度脳外科受診が大事です。
そして、血圧を安定させること
これに関しては お薬だけでなく
食生活がとても重要です。
ある意味自分でコントロールすることです。
本人も思ってもみなかった事でしょう。
私は突然すぎて
まだ涙もでません。
信じられないのです。
私にできる予防

大事な方を失うたびに
思うことです。
